In 2012 we purchased our first female, Addie. However, she didn't stay with us very long as our son whisked her away to be at college with him. We often joke that Addie earned the college education and our son received the diploma! Soon we purchased another female, a Red Tri named Sadie. She became the true matriarch to Awesome Aussie Acres. Both Addie and Sadie are pictured above.

Our Australian Shepherds have brought great joy to our children over the years and now, our grandchildren. In addition to Australian Shepherd's, we also raise Aussiedoodles, which are crosses between our Australian Shepherds and Standard Poodles. We love the sweet demeanor of our Aussiedoodle puppies plus the reduced shedding we see from the Poodle coat. We truly feel blessed by these breeds and would love nothing more than to share in that blessing with you!
